No address popup on checkout

No address popup on checkout was created by Geukster
While trying to checkout I want to login and add or select an address, but there is no popup showing up and I return to step one in my checkout.

This is my flow: cart,shipping_login,payment_fields_status,cart_confirm,end
I have Hikashop Essential.
