Create new user not present on checkout

I have "user login" on the checkout page, and it includes the links "Forgot Password", and "Forgot Username", however, it does not include "create an account" like the Joomla user login has in the footer.

How do we get that in there?

That's normal since you should have the registration form directly on the right side of the login form, so there is no need for such link.
