Sumbit All characteristics at once

I want to add all product by one add to cart button from list view option. i have tried but no success cart is update only one product is there any way to do this .

You need to change the option 'Display the quantity field on the product page' to 'Global on listings' in the configuration of HikaShop in order to have the quantity field on each product of the listing and then a global add to cart button at the bottom of the listing.
Make sure that the "display add to cart button" option of your listing menu/module is turned on so that you can see the quantity boxes and the global add to cart button on your listing.

I follow your instruction but quantity field disappear and i have attached image show all setting which you told . i don't know

I can see that you're talking about the variants list display on the product page and not about products listings.
There is actually no way of doing what you want unless you recode the whole file "show_block_characteristic" view file via the menu Display->Views.
What I talked about in my previous message is only valid for product listings.
