information after check payment and language

after select payment the only default active method by using check , i have a text that appear with this content ( see in the end) in the default language ' en) . The text can be found in backend using Menu Compoment -> Hikashop | system -> Payment Method | HikaShop check payment plugin .
the content is under the label "check information ". Is there a way that this content support language setting like joomfish / falang ?

You need to use translation overrides to translate it, not joomFish/Falang:

For the information area, remove all the text and only enter a new translation key and then add that new translation key in the override area of each language file like for other translation keys.

I have many questions to custom this content
1- I do that from the Back End ? or by edit the php code that manage this content ? ( backend gui ?)
2- what is the format of that key htmlspecialchars(urldecode($msgpayement)),JText::_('msgpayement') $msgpayment ?
3- where is locate the ini file for translation ? \Jomla\language\fr-FR\fr-FR.ini Joomla\language\fr-FR\fr-FR.com_hikashop.ini
4- Can we use any ini file or ? the general or hikashop one ( end with hikamarket hikaserial hikashop )
5- The translation of this area use joomla default implementation or hikshop custom one ? ( hikashop one ?)

1. Via the backend. As explained, for the information area, remove all the text in the textarea and only enter a new translation key in it, and then add that new translation key in the override area of each language file like for other translation keys.
2. I don't understand what you're talking about. There is no need to edit any code.
3. You should not edit the file directly. You should follow the documentation I already gave you which tells you to edit the language file via the Languages tab of the configuration. Please read the instructions I provided.
4. You should use HikaShop's language file override.
5. It is compatible with Joomla's default implementation.
