[SOLVED] Problem checkout - sign in or register

Hello, my problem is that when a user is already registered as a user Joomla, log on with your user name and password at the checkout stage of the hikashop no longer prompted to add the fields that are set as mandatory, I do not know what happened, but until yesterday when I tried to log on with an account that is already created in joomla I was asked to add this data via a pop up window.
Please help me

the problem is when I do log in at checkout, the system automatically hikashop asked me to fill in the required data that were missing.

Ok, I tested through your website and this is just coming from the fact that these fields are required and if you register through the joomla form, these fields won't be filled.
But I didn't had any error message and managed to successfully go through the paypal payment platform.
Can you show me how did you set your checkout workflow through some screenshots ("Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout").

Thanks for the tip on the CSS, I had noticed before but I'm trying to solve the other problem.
I know that users are able to get to the payment without problems, in fact hika shop works fine, but if a user joomla, please log in I do not no matter of what I believe mandatory.
I am sure that up to 2 days ago when a user login in joomla effected the checkout stage he was asked to update its data through a window pop up.
Please help me I'm going crazy

I think that this was coming from the indirizzo/address step through your checkout workflow, If you put it back you'll probably have to fill in your address through the address popup.

I put address in the checkout flow, it gives me the ability to edit your account information, it does not appear automatically pop up with that tab

IT WORKS!!
I recorded a new user and when I access to the checkout I open the pop up with the full data required to fill out.
