Can Not sign iN

when new registries go into sign in they are redirected to the login page again and are not allowed to login in as normal. When previous members login there is not a problem. This started about 3 days ago.

Thats really interesting as it would not work for the last day in a half. Anyways one last question when we do log in

we first select member login then enter our information for some reason it keeps sending me back to the home page where I have to click on the member login tab one more time in order to get into our files. can you tell me why? is this something I can change?

Well, no one said anything about that, so that's the way it is. You can change it yes. Please edit the file components/com_hikashop/controllers/user.php and chagenthe line:
$app->redirect(JRoute::_('index.php?option=com_user&view=login'.$url,false));
to:
$app->redirect(JRoute::_('index.php?option=com_user&view=login'.$url.'&return='.urlencode(base64_encode(hikashop::currentUrl())),false));

That should redirect to the user control panel once the user logs in. We'll add that to next release.

im sorry where would i find the file components

You need to use FTP to connect to your website and download the file. Then, editing it with a text editor and then upload back that file to your website with FTP.
