Shop not working

My Hikashop with Joomla 1.6 not working. Please help.

Except for the fact that you didn't configure your payment methods via the menu System->Payment methods, your hikashop seems to be working fine.
Could you tell us more about what is not working ?

I reconfigured everything now the products show up.... but in a very random fashion...I want that products would show up category-wise.

secondly if you look at the image attached the red marked area....items are over lapping

Thirdly how can i bring the green marked area to main page instead of the menu area

The items are overlapping because there isn't enough space to display them properly in that area.
You should unpublish the hikashop cart module, the hikashop currency switcher and the module displaying the related products and then go in the config under the tab display and click on the select button of the option "Modules under the product page" and publish these modules there.
That way, they will be displayed below the product page and not on the left column of your template.
