Hika & akeebasub integration was created by insegnalo
Hi
I have to integrate Hika with akeeba sub
I followed the steps in this page www.hikashop.com/support/109-akeeba-subscriptions.html
I have enabled the plugin akeebasubs and paypal recurring.
On the edition page of my product, I select the subscription level for the product
But after the purchase with paypal isn't created subscription
In addition, the hika plans don't appear as a method of payment within the subscription plan.
I think the problem may be when you type "PayPal recurring payment HikaShop plugin and install it like the Akeeba Subscriptions plugin"
which means install it like the Akeeba Subscriptions plugin? how do you? I see it within the plugins hikashop
Thanks and sorry for my bad English
Fabio

Did you turn on the recurring payment option of your subscription in Akeeba Subscriptions (you need to) ?
The PayPal recurring PayPal plugin is basically the same setup as the normal Hikashop PayPal plugin but with a bit more options that you should not have to touch by default. Simply enter your PayPal account info and you should be good to go.
If the subscription is not created in Akeeba Subscriptions, it would indicate that the order is not confirmed in HikaShop. Is that the case ? If so, then the issue is a paypal payment notification issue:

It does not work
I summarize the steps
1) I installed and activated the plugin hikashop Akeeba Subscriptions
2) I installed and activated the plugin HikaShop PayPal recurring payment
3) I created a subscription plan in akeeba (such as payment method in akeeba I put nothing)
4) I entered the subscription plan within the product hika
When I purchase the product I am properly directed to the paypal recursive payment.
The order is properly executed and the order is processed correctly.
But it does not appear the order within akeeba, then akeeba may not assign the product linked to membership.
Missing some configuration step, but I did not understand what!
I hope you can help me, thanks

Hi,
It's normal that the order does not appear in Akeeba Subscriptions as the order is handled in HikaShop. You should only see the subscription there.
Now could you answer my questions please ? Did you activate the recurring option in your subscription ? Is the order confirmed in HikaShop ?
If that's the case, then we'll need to see some screenshots of your options as what you're describing is correct and it must be something else: the akeeba subscription plugin's options, the paypal recurring payment method options, the product and the subscription in Akeeba Subscriptions.
