How to add "Referred by" field

Hello Nicholas and HikaShoppers,

I am trying to figure out how to add a "Referred by:" and a "How did you hear about us:" field to my checkout. The first is to pay my referral fees and the second is to help collect information with marketing.

You can go in the menu Display->Custom fields and create new custom order fields for that like the "Additional information you would like us to know" field on our demo website (only in the Business edition of HikaShop).
