add to cart form super user in catalog mode

Hello ,

we have the site in catalog mode and soon we will proceed to eshop but we need to be able to make all the necessary testing before enable the eshop mode.

how we can display the add to cart option only from super admins ?

Hi,

Instead of activating the catalog mode option, turn off the "show add to cart button" both in the HikaShop configuration and in your modules and menu items settings.
That way, you'll get the same display as now. Then, create a new menu item and turn on the add to cart button in the settings of that menu item and restrict that menu item to the super admin user group so that you can access it and use the add to cart buttons on the listing there.
