how do i add new badge to products?

Your question is related to HikaShop and not to HikaMarket.
More than that HikaMarket 2 does not exist (yet).

i've seen the use of mass actions. can we use this? i think its possible.

The badges indeed do not have that capability. But yes, I think you can do it thanks to mass actions:
- create a special unpublished category
- create a badge and configure it to display only for the products in that category
- create a mass action via the menu System>Mass actions and configure it with a filter on the product_created column with the value > to {time}-1296000 and an action to add that category to the products and configure it with a trigger to be triggered once every hour for example.
