Custom Fields: Checkbox Selection Limit?

Hi. The title says it all, I think.

How can I limit the no. of selections a user can make in a Checkbox Custom Field?
(i.e.: "Pick any 3 of the following...")

so far, it's not possible, but your suggestion is really interesting, and so note that this will be added as soon as possible.
Can't be sure that this will be for the next release... But this can be quick.

Now, to answer your need this will required some custom to add this feature, and will required from you html, php & javascript knowledge.
Or you wait to get it and use another custom field type.
