Payments log files give me error

When I try to pull the log file from the configuration --> system --> files come up with error, would you please see the attachment and direct me to the right path, thanks

Hi,

The payment log file is probably too big and your server can't handle it.
Download it via FTP and open it on your local computer with notepad++ to be able to read it.
Also, change the file name of the log file setting so that it will start with a new empty file.

Look at the setting's input field in the HikaShop configuration, next to the button which opens the popup. It contains the path where the file is stored. That's where you need to look.

it that the file I found it on the server which is report_654648.log, should I name it .old and remove .log ? Thanks
