Abandoned cart - Administrator notification

Hi everyone,

We'd like to get notified through email of abandoned carts' items, to find out who (if registered) and which products were left behind.

I found the reminder plugin but it isn't compatible with Joomla 4 yet as I saw and also it notifies the user who left the cart behind, not the administrator(s) or owners of the webshop.

Is there any way to do this or it needs some programming?

The plugin is compatible with Joomla 4 as far as I know. Why do you say it's not ? Did you get an error with it on Joomla 4 ?
I've even tested it on the beta of Joomla 5 with the next version of HikaShop and it works.
Maybe it's an issue which only happens in some cases ?

If you don't mind your customers also being notified of abandonned carts (which I think is great to improve your transformation rate), you could just edit the cart reminder and order reminder emails used by this plugin via the System>Emails menu of HikaShop Business and enter the email address you want to receive the notifications in the "BCC" field. That way, you would get a copy of the email set to the user.
