Icon not showing

Hi, In the cpanel there is no icon for the "customer account" just the words? the others have icons suspect something broke, can you point me in the right direction to add one please.

That's because you customized your CSS before updating so you didn't get the CSS modification in your customized CSS file. You need to add the line below in it:
.icon-48-user2 {background-image:url(../images/icons/icon-48-user2.png);}
