Show order's Subtotal price without tax in Order notification email

Hi!

In Order notification email and in Order administrator notification email, the subtotal price is the same as the total, with tax.
In checkout tab, i selected NO to "Price with tax" so it displays the subtotal correctly there.
How can i fix that also in the above emails?
