Hallo, I need in my shop two different taxes options: 7% and 19% (we sell only to one country: Germany)
in the products I need to difference that. Some products have 7% and other products have 19% taxes.
How should I fixed it? Thank you.

Simply defined two tax categories via the "Manage tax categories" button of the System>Taxes menu, and then two tax rules, one per tax category, and then set the tax category for each product like you want.
