Change tax without changing final price

Hello,

There has been a recent change in VAT percentage in France (increased obviously), and I would like to change the tax on Hikashop, without increasing the final price.

How can I do that please? My client can't change the price of all 500 or so products he has...

I'd rather avoid mass action too if at all possible.

The only two solutions I had to propose was either to run a mass action to change all the prices at once or to change all the prices manually.
