Once connected to FTP, you will find a directory named : /dev.cartonneriemontreal.com

This is the right installation folder for the dev site.

I've just tested but I do not see any changes as you can see in the screen capture.

In order to make sure the calculation rules are OK, please refer to this site

For example, with an amount of 18$ in my cart, I should see 0.90 $ for TPS and 1.80 for TVQ.

Formula for calculating the GST and QST

Amount before sales tax x (GST rate/100) = GST amount
Amount without sales tax x (QST rate/100) = QST amount
Amount without sales tax + GST amount + QST amount = Total amount with sales taxes

The TVQ is actually equals to 1.62 because you have a negative shipping price with a tax rate set to 10%.

The TVQ of your shipping method is - $1.8 x (10/100) = - $0.18
The TVQ of your product is 18 x (9.975/100) = $1.8

The total is $1.8 - $0.18 = $1.62

So the total seems to be correct.

I see... shipping fees should be added after isn't it ? Is it possible to remove shipping fee from the shopping cart and only add it later in the checkout screen?

Well it's possible but it will require customization of the code of the "Cart" file of the "Product" view of your front-end template via "Hikashop->Display->Views" as there's no option to do it.
