taxes for all countries

Only taxes for Austria (country of the seller) is shown, but the VAT should always be shown on the invoice (for all countries) because the seller is not entitled to deduct input tax. How can I solve that?

Hi,

Check your tax rules in the menu System>Taxes.
There, make sure that you didn't restrict your tax rules to any country zone so that they will apply to all the countries.

thank you so much, I thought I have to make an input in "Taxes" and put Austria in, which caused HikaShop to add taxes only for Austria but for no other country, now I deleted Austria so taxes are added everywhere. Thank you so much!!!
