Cant edit tax rate

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.2.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.14
-- PHP version -- : 7.2

When editing tax rate I get strange admin and cant edit tax rate (manage rates). I need urgent tax change on 1.1.2020.

Can I change in database? Will final prices change (we want no change on price)?

Hello,

First, your strange backend screen means you have an error somewhere, in order to get where is this issue, can you :
1. Go in your System dropdown => Global Configuration
2. Then in System tab, switch on Yes the Debug System
3. And in the Server tab, define the Error Reporting on Development.



For the other part of your message, we can't recommend you to modify some value directly in the database because it can leads to multiple and collateral effects unfortunately...

Ok, first problem solved. I just increase memory limit in php from 512M.
Add in htaccess php_value memory_limit 1024M.

Well, it will actually depends on a lot of factors, so we can't really tell without checking all of your websites configuration. It can for example happen when you have a lot of variants on your products.
