HikaMarket Multi-vendor - The vote does not work

Hello I have a problem with voting vendors. The vote is not saved if you use only vote and comment on it at all not working. It must be connected to voting and comment but there cannot be voted helpful comment. Also not displays the information of the vendor and show some stars are not supposed to be there.

Please give us a backend and a FTP access to your website in order to debug that issue directly.

For the vote stars not desired, you can edit the view "vendor / show" and remove the code near the call of the "vote / mini" view.

I just fixed the issue on your website. There was indeed a mess for the vendor rating, the values were not get on views.
We will fix it on our end too.

Regarding the display of the vote at the top of the page, I edited you view "vote / mini" in order to not display them on vendor page.

For the helpful feature, if you tried on local, so it's normal that you were not able to use it.
We have a session and IP check, so the customer who posted the comment can't vote for it.

Mind sharing that code? I am also having the same issue when "voting" on a vendor page. The vote does not count toward the overall rating and stays grayed out. Thank you.

The fix has been included in HikaShop 2.6.3 so if you update, you'll get the modification to fix that.
