Comment not displayed

Hi I tried reading any post but I couldn't find a solution,

The votes are correctly displayed but no way to see the user comments

They are auto published, they are active, set using comments and vote, it looks fine but I can't see them with my custom made template or with a default joomlla template so it shouldnt be a template problem.

As installed components I use just SPpage builder nothing else I tried disabllling it but no luck, nothing change.

Without you to loose too much time, if you could give me the right query to get the comments of a given product_id from the DB I could iterate and display them them by myself... THANK YOU!!!

Can you provide an Url link where are displayed your vote & comments in order to process some tests and better understand situation ?
It seems that we will need an registered account to fully see it by ourself.

Note that of course, since you have the setting "Users must be registered to see other comments" activated in your HikaShop configuration, you need to be logged in on your frontend to be able to see the comments.
