I'm new around here,I need to include a free text box in the checkout, to the custumer write a desire or else.

Example " put in a white box please"

It can be made using "custom field". You can see it in our demo website : demo.hikashop.com/
We configured an "order custom field" which allow you to create new fields/options which will be display to the user during the checkout.
It can be a text box, a date, a checkbox, etc.

"Order custom fields" is a special feature of HikaShop Business.
In HikaShop starter you can only create custom fields for the addresses.

Don't hesitate to take a look at the demo website in order to test the custom fields (in the front-end and in the back-end).
