Responsive Carousel image too big

Hello everybody!
I have a problem and i still don´t find a solution. I am going to use the carousel on my website. As you can see on the screenshots, the desktop version is looking very good and nice. But when i try to look at my homepage with my handy, what i get is the second screenshot..
What i want say, the carousel image of the product is really too big and doesn´t look nice..
Is it possible show the products of the responsive carousel on 2 rows or at least if on 1 row must be, a little smaller?
I tried already the advice i saw here on the forum in another discussion, to change the values of the responsive string in display- views-carousel, but it had no effect.

On 2 rows ? You mean on 2 columns, no ?
There were indeed several threads on this forum where we talked about this.

It should work fine. If it doesn't, maybe you need to refresh your website or browser cache.

Hi and thank you for your answer. Yes sorry, i was meaning columns not rows.
This solution you show me is exactly what i was meaning i tried and doesn´t work. It has absolutely no effect. even if i clean the cache.
Well, at this point is come me a doubt..Can it be maybe that this " Random products" module i activated from joomla and not hikashop, is not our hikashop carousel but something else?

First take care that you edit the required view, quite often people do not edit the view corresponding to their template in use.
provide this element in order to allow us to better understand your situation :

- your edited code (screenshot or code sample)

Thank you! Finally i found the problem thank to your simple advice..i was going on and on to change the code line of Categories Carousel instead products Carousel..because of this it didn´t work. Now i finally got it on smartphone in 2 columns.
