Change automatically sent messge ?

Hello, I own the full version of Hikashop. How do I please change the message text which is automatically sent to customer upon changing order status to "confirmed" or "shipped"? Many thanks in advance for your reply.

You can edit the email "Order status notification" via the menu System > Emails.
