cron tab not found under hikashop configuration

cron tab not found under hikashop configuration. how can i schedule massaction ?

There are good chance that you have no Cron tab is because you use Starter version of HikaShop, but can you confirm this idea?

I bought a quickstart package from ltheme and hikashop came in the package

i have setup massaction but unable to schedule it in cron

if cron faciltiy is not included in this version. How can access the massaction and schedule it in cron of server?

Hi,

The cron triggers of mass actions won't work in the Starter edition. You would need to upgrade to either the Essential or the Business edition to be able to setup the cron.
