Mass Action Layout Output Not Found Error

I have created a Mass Action to show the product_name and product_id with all characteristics.

Data Product
Product Triggers - none, Filters - none, Limitations - Start: 0 Value: 500
Actions Display the Results
Selected items product_id, product_name, all characteristics

When the Mass Action is run, this error message is returned: 500 Layout output not found.

Can this error be corrected?

We weren't able to reproduce your issue on our side, so we will need these elements :
- Url link to your backend (Administrator)
- Backend user references (with maximum Acl)

I'll put this matter on hold pending more work on the site. I'll come back to this when the project is farther along.

Now that I have installed the com_hikashop_essential_v5.0.3_2024-03-07_01-07-17.tar.gz package, the 500 error noted above is gone.
