Hikashop filtering module displays blank page

Hi,

I have this problem, on the page i've submitted: i've activated some filters for our shopping category "Libri (Books)" and i'd like to use them via the filter module (Hikashop Filtering Module), but the module displays a blank page whenever i hit the "Cerca (Filter)" button. Filters work correctly via the main filter displayed at the top of the page.
The module is only visible to Special users since the ecommerce is online and running. I've created an admin user so you can login and take a look. How can i send you the credentials?

I'd like to ask you a question: is there a way to "hide" the filters displayed at the top of the page? I'd like to use only the Hikashop filtering module on the right.

For credentials, the best is to use our "contact us" form with a link to that forum thread.
www.hikashop.com/support/contact-us.html

To hide the filters on the listing, you can use CSS to hide them or you can use a view override to not display them.

The issue is with the settings of your filter module.
In the "menu" option of the filter module, you need to enter the id of your products listing menu item (which is 387) so that the module can display the results page with that products listing menu item.

I've got another question: is there a way, when there are no results, to display a message in the page to alert the customer that the filtering process displayed no results?
