For dynamic filter , is it can filter second level categories?
I realised that didn't display for second level categories?

No, the system only support one level of categories for filters.
Now instead of using a filter, you could have a "HikaShop content module" configured to display two levels of categories, as the "categories on 2 levels" module pre-installed with HikaShop does by default. So the user could click on the category link from the module to access the products of that category. instead of using a category filter.
