unpublished product in search results

When i unpublish a Hikashop product it is still in the search results.
The link of the product gives a 404 (which is logical because it is unpublished)

The finder component is reindexed manually.

How can i hide this products?

I'm not able to reproduce the problem on my end with HikaShop 4.6.2.
That's actually an improvement we've added to HikaShop in the 4.4.1.
So I'm surprised you're saying it doesn't work on your website with the 4.6.2.
Could you provide a screenshot of the product "VSBC-6862" settings ?
How did you unpublish the product ? With the icon on the products listing, or with the setting of the product edit form, or something else ? If you unpublish a product with a CSV import, then in that case the product's data won't be reindexed automatically, so it could explain the situation.

What do you mean by "The finder component is reindexed manually." ? Normally, the indexing of a product is done automatically by the finder plugin included in HikaShop. Is that plugin not enabled ?

The products are manually unpublished by the client in the backend.

I know the index-plugin works automaticly and i deleted all index and re-indexed it again in the finder component when this product was already unpublished. So i expected this product won't be visible, but it didn't work.

Since I can't replicate the problem on my end, I would need a backend access and a FTP access to directly check what's going on on your website.

If I look at the list of plugins for the group "finder" in the joomla plugins manager, I don't see the HikaShop plugin which is used to synchronize the data of the products:

I also don't see the "Smart search" component on your menu sidebar in the "Components" section.
So I don't know what's going but you have issues with the extension data in the database of your Joomla. I suppose that's why Joomla is not triggering the plugin when you publish/unpublish a product in the HikaShop backend.

Try installing again the install package the latest version of HikaShop, to see if it will help adding back the plugin. I can see in the extension manager that it still sees the plugin, so maybe you need to first uninstall the "smart search - hikashop" plugin before reinstalling HikaShop so that it can add it back properly ?

The plugin is active, just use the right filter.
