Coupon not working on after tax amount

No matter what I do I can't get the coupons to work on the after tax amount. Please see attached config.

Hi,

You have two options to control that. The "apply discount" setting and the product tax category setting of the coupon.
So try the different combinations. One of them should do what you want.

unfortunately I have the same problem.

I tried every possible combination of "tax categorie" within the coupon settings and "apply discount" in the main settings. But the changes have no effect on the total price at checkout. On a 100% coupon the total price is always the tax amount instead of 0.00 EUR.

This problem appears only on coupons! Everything works well on discounts!

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi,

Could it be that you have the "floating tax prices" setting turned on in the HikaShop configuration ? In that case, you should update to HikaShop 2.6.4 as otherwise the taxes aren't handled properly for coupon value calculations when that option is turned on.
