Coupons are not applied correctly

I have a coupon for "Profesional" user and The coupon applies if the sale is over 200 € but does not work well

I reproduce your coupon configuration, and on our side everything works well, so there is something missing to understand the issue.
Can you provide Backend/Frontend access and Url link in order to process some test.
