Userpoints not added to user

I am setting up user points And it is working untill checkout I see the points (See screenshot I have 2 and would get 1 extra)

but this one is never added to the clients profile (The 2 was added manualy)

Could you provide a screenshot of the settings of the user points plugin in the System>Plugins menu and a screenshot of the settings of the user points payment method in the System>Payment methods menu so that we can check what you have there ?

The user points payment method I haven enable because they don't pay with the points but get a free gift on a certain amount of points

It Looks like it is working now, tere was something wrong with the PayPal so the status wasn't change to payed
