remove coupon

Hello,

I am new to Hikashop. I just finished my webshop and i am hooked to Hikashop! It is really incredible.

Now i created a coupon and i can submit it. That works good. But what if the customer wants to remove this coupon from the order. Maybe he changed his mind. Standard there is no button to remove the coupon or am i missing something?

Hello,

2 points you have to check :
- in your Coupon configuration, check that you didn't have activated the "Auto load in cart if possible"
=> If yes, the coupon will always been loaded when it's possible (and never been possible to remove)
- In your Checkout Workflow (from Main HikaShop configuration => Checkout Tab), check that you have add the view/block coupon.
=> If not, it's normal that you didn't see the "remove coupon" button
