L'erreur vient d'une colonne qui manque dans la table des produits de HikaShop dans votre base de données (product_hidden_languages). HikaShop 6.7 l'a ajoutée et l'utilise pour chaque liste de produits, d'où le plantage du site public alors que l'administration fonctionne. Elle est normalement créée pendant la mise à jour. Si elle manque, c'est que la mise à jour ne s'est pas terminée complètement : interruption, fichiers envoyés par FTP ou base de données restaurée d'une sauvegarde antérieure.

Pour la créer, allez dans l'administration de Joomla, Composants > HikaShop > Système > Configuration, puis cliquez sur le bouton « Check database » (Vérifier la base de données) de la barre d'outils. Il ajoute toutes les colonnes manquantes de la version 6.7, et la page qui s'affiche doit indiquer que le champ product_hidden_languages a été ajouté à la table hikashop_product. Le site public devrait alors s'afficher à nouveau normalement.

Réinstaller le paquet de HikaShop 6.7 par-dessus votre installation actuelle (Système > Installer > Extensions) corrige aussi le problème, car l'installation fait la même vérification.

Si la page de vérification affiche une erreur en rouge pour une table, merci de nous en copier le texte.

eh bien sacré maj. je n'ai pas vu en détail mais j'ai l'impression qu'il y a quelques maj de l'interface ?

En tout les cas bravo aussi pour la maj réussie de l'ancien site avec autant de contraintes

The plugin "hsbc" has been removed. The HSBC Secure ePayments gateway it talked to has closed.
The plugin "alertpay" has been removed. Payza, which AlertPay became, has closed.
The plugin "firstdata" has been removed. None of the First Data Global Gateway addresses it used accepts a connection any more.
The plugin "be2bill" has been removed. Be2bill became Dalenys and was merged into PayPlug, and its own address no longer exists. The "PayPlug" plugin is the one to use.
The plugin "migsvpc" has been removed. Mastercard decommissioned the MIGS platform in March 2026 and ended the merchant agreements in May 2026.
The plugin "usps" has been removed. It used USPS Web Tools, which USPS retired on the 25th of January 2026. The USPS plugin of our marketplace speaks the API that replaced it.
The plugin "fedex" has been removed. It used the FedEx SOAP web services, which FedEx retired on the 1st of June 2026. The "FedEx 2" plugin, included with HikaShop, speaks the API that replaced them.

Merci pour votre retour, content que le site fonctionne de nouveau.

La cause est bien la mise à jour faite par yourSites : les fichiers de HikaShop 6.7 ont été mis en place, mais le script d'installation de HikaShop, qui met à jour la base de données, ne s'est pas exécuté jusqu'au bout. Les tables sont restées dans leur ancienne version, d'où l'erreur « Unknown column » sur le site public. Votre réinstallation manuelle a fait cette étape.

Nous avons préparé une modification pour que HikaShop termine lui-même une mise à jour restée incomplète de cette façon, dès la première page qui le charge. Cela évitera un problème similaire dans le futur.
