Changez le code:

en:

					$conditions = array();
					foreach($columns as $column) {
						$zonefilter['type'] = $column;
						$conditions[] = $this->massaction->getRequest($zonefilter);
					}
					$nquery .= '('.implode(' OR ', $conditions).')';

dans le fichier plugins/hikashop/massaction_address/massaction_address.php et cela devrait corriger le problème.
