Please add a new "wechat pay" payment plugin

Wechat is a popular social network in China, it has more than 400 millions of users. Wechat also includes a "wechat pay" feature, people can run Wecaht APP on mobile phone and then scan the QR code produced by the seller, then Wechat pay on the buyer's phone will handle the payment. So it is very easy for a cash-less transaction.

We don't speak Chinese so I don't see how we could develop such payment plugin. We only develop the payment plugins the most requested and for which we can easily get a test account and read the developer documentation.
However, any PHP developer can develop such payment plugin.
We even provide a developer documentation for that:

You'll see on the "payment plugins" section of our main documentation page that half of the payment plugins available for HikaShop have actually been developed by other developers.
