Email log was created by dailybread
-- HikaShop version -- : 4.4.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.28
-- PHP version -- : 7.4.25
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : all
We had a issue that out database size got to big which took our site down.
This is not Hikashop fault as such but the biggest factor on the email log was more than half the size of the database.
I deleted many old emails and that has solved the problem for now.
Is there any feature or something we can do to prevent this or at least export that information?
If not a new feature to help would be useful.
I did a mass action but it does not appear to have all those email details

Hi,
By default the HikaShop email history plugin has a setting configured to delete records older than 30 days. You can find it in the Joomla plugins manager.
If that setting is emptied, then emails won't be deleted and the table will keep growing.
So I would recommend you revert it to 30 days (or maybe a few months ?) so that you don't get the same issue in the future.

Hi,
Thank you. There was no entry in there so I have added one.
It's possible I deleted the entry but I don't remember doing so or knowing it was there. It has been 5 years since I set it up!
