Extra comment/note field in Price Calculations Plug-in

Hi HikaShop team,

First of all, I want to say that we’re still very happy with HikaShop and with your support.
Sometimes I forget to mention that, but I really appreciate how hard you all work.

I have a request regarding the Price Calculation Plugin.
I recently started using it, and it works great.
For the first calculation form, we’ve created five rules (as you can see), and more will follow soon.

However, there’s one issue: it’s currently not possible to add comments next to the conditions or formulas.
Once we have several formulas in the future, it will be hard to remember which rule belongs to which form, or what the logic behind each formula was.

It would be really helpful if an extra column could be added where we can place our own comments.
