External Mailing Server/Component for Hikauction was created by Lordtech

Hi, pls I'll to know if Hikauction can be set to use an External email Server instead of the default hosting email Server er which usually comes with a daily sending limit.
Or can it be connected to use Acymailing Component to send the Auction Emails?

Hello,

HikaAuction (like HikaShop) is using Joomla mail system (and settings).
So if you configure your Joomla to use a SMTP server ; you will send your email via that SMTP server, for your Joomla, HikaShop and HikaAuction emails.
