HikaAuction doesn't have a Buy it Now option yet: an auction product can only be won through bidding. We're adding one: a Buy it Now price on the auction product, with a button that ends the auction straight away at that price for the customer who clicks it, available until the bids reach that price.
It will come in a next HikaAuction update.
Until then, there are two ways to get close to it:
1. The Dutch auction mode (HikaAuction 6.0.0 or newer). In the HikaAuction configuration, under Behaviour, set "Auction mode" to "Dutch auctions". The auction starts at the product price and the price drops by the "Price drop amount" at each "Price drop interval". The first customer who clicks "Buy" gets the item at the current price. Note that the auction mode applies to all the auctions of your store.
2. Create a second, normal (non-auction) product for the same item at your Buy it Now price and link to it from the auction's description. Nothing links the two products, so when one of them sells you would have to unpublish the other (or end the auction) yourself.
