I am having a problem with the HikaAuction emails not generating in real time with the auction event.

I am reading something from a cron task but I don't know how to set it up. After some testing, the emails of overbidding arrive too late, they should arrive within 5 minutes and that is not the case. How can I solve this

It will actually depends on how you configured your CRON you can even configure it to be triggered every 5 minutes and even less, which should do the job in your case. For more information about it :

Thx for te info, but I don't see a cron tab in configuration, we have to activate this somewhere.

That's probably coming from the edition of Hikashop you are using, the cron available in all commercial version of Hikashop.
