Starter Version - funktioniert nicht

Hallo...

Wollte einen Shop (1Produkt) erstellen. Leider funktioniert die Bestellung nicht.

Die Eingabe eine Adresse ist nicht möglich. Ist die Stater VErsion nicht zum richtigen Einsatz geeignet?

The starter edition works just fine and you can enter addresses in it.
If not, then you have a problem on your checkout.

So you should check your browser's javascript error console.

Danke für die schnelle Antwort. Ich find Eure Komponente echt super, deshalb bin will ich eine Lösung finden.

Es werden keine Javascript Fehler angezeigt. Nur ein paar CSS Fehler.

Problem ist: Wenn ich unter "Schritte des Bestellverlaufs" zum Punkt "Adresse" komme, dann wird dieser im Frontend nicht angezeigt.

You could give the checkout workflow you're using?
Maybe you could do a screenshot of the tab "Checkout" of the configuration ?

The problem is that you can't have the "address" view without the "login" view on the checkout workflow.
You need to add it back or remove both.

i have the same problem but i have the nessecary steps:
cart,login_address_confirm,end
At the login/adresspage i cant continue to the next page. There is no errormessage or anything else. Can you tell me what i need to do?

That's a valid checkout workflow you have.

First, please check your template jdoc include :

Then, if you can't continue to the end of the checkout, you should see an error message which should help you understand your problem.

Thank you, now i see some errormessages (i filled all fields):
if i try to register with a new Mailadress i get:
- mailadress already registered (this is not true, there are no mailadress registered)
- please add a adress or choose one

if i try to login with a registered Mailadress i get:
- Username or password wrong or did not exist
- please add a adress or choose one

if i try to register new i get:
- this mail is already registered
- please add a adress or choose one

I dont understand the problem, can you give me a hint?

Hi,

1. If the system tells you that the email address already exists when you register, then that's the case. That error comes directly from Joomla and it's not lying
You should try with another email address

2. When you login, you should use your username, nor your email address. That's probably why it tells you that you can't login with your email.
