Wie bekomme ich es hin, dass bei der Bestätigungsemail nach einer Bestellung die Bankverbindung mitgesendet wird?

You can edit your emails via the menu System->Emails in the Business edition of HikaShop.

For the bank transfer information you should look there for the solution:
