Error 15008: This transaction has been completed, but the total of items in the cart did not match the total of all items.

Le first error is because the total of the order is different than the details sent to PayPal.
We would need to know exactly what you have in your cart, shipping fees, payment fees, coupon amount, etc to help you.
But the biggest problem is the second message.
It says that your country is not supported by PayPal Pro. As you should know, PayPal Pro is only available in the USA, Canada and UK. If you're from another country, you won't be able to use it as PayPal does not allow it. Instead, you should use PayPal standard or another payment method.

For some reason the tax amount is different. Turn off the "send order details" option in the paypal plugin and that will avoid that.
