API connector quote needed

We are currently deploying Hikashop as standard solution for all websites we deliver. We also want to offer a standard bookkeeping subscription to a system called E-boekhouden. (Dutch, good and low cost system)
The folks there already made a VM connector but are not willing to make one for Hikashop.
E-boekhouden has an API, there are some example connectors (VM2 and Magento) Attached the VM2 version connector.

It only needs to add the orders and relations into the bookkeeping system.

Looking for a quote to make this for us.
