Custom plugin - Free gift when checkout

Hi,

I need someone to develop a custom plugin, that allows the customer to choose a free gift at the checkout.
This from a certain amount, and easily can add gifts at the backend something like the payment methods.
Add a gift , and can select / state from the total amount.
