Hi Supportteam,

When we go to my account and then go to subscriptions we see an empty row.

Is this something we have to fix on our site or is this an bug?

Hello,

If you see correctly the subscription in the backend, it would mean that you have a CSS issue and the subscription unique ID is written in white (on a white background).
