None populated spaces on product pages

Hi, Sorry about this if it's been answered but I cannot find a solution for this.

On most of my product listing pages there are unfilled product spaces leaving unsightly gaps? the last seen product before the gap has no other product available to be listed in the back end and therefore the next product shown is the next one available in the back-end but as seen from the back-end but gaps are there as shown in the attached screen dump. The black spaces vary from 1 - 3 spaces. This error only appears since upgrading to version 3.

If you scroll down you will find the blank spaces, this also happens in other categories.

min-height: 285px !important;
}

I have again tried to use the solution above that did work but this now longer fixes the issue? any ideas?

This is still the solution.
And I don't think that your issue comes from the update.
If I check your website, I don't see the CSS that I talked about in this post www.hikashop.com/forum/product-category-...ct-pages.html#273971
However, I see another CSS in your custom frontend CSS with a min-height of 188px.
And If I add the CSS of the other post on top of the one in the custom frontend CSS, the layout looks fine again:
